Role OverviewThe Quality Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all processes are followed, quality product meets specifications, and implementing improvements through audits and inspections. They will also teach and mentor Quality personnel, drive continuous improvement, and provide quality support to production lines.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include following OSHA and plant safety rules, developing and documenting Quality activities, working with Engineering and management to resolve problems, performing product and process audits, and teaching operators to proper Quality standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of Quality experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work alone without constant supervision. They should be able to read and interpret drawings/prints, work with Computer Based Management Systems, and multitask under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- 1-2+ years of Quality experience working with Quality Management System
- Experience troubleshooting issues
- Experience with Root cause analysis and continuous Improvement
- Experience in Leadership
- Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints
- Working knowledge of Computer Based Management Systems
