Role Overview

The Quality Systems Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of TRI's Quality Management System, partnering with leadership to establish an automotive quality culture. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with automotive quality systems, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

What You Will Do

The Quality Systems Manager will lead APQP activities, coordinate PPAP documentation, facilitate PFMEA and DFMEA activities, implement and maintain SPC and MSA programs, and manage customer quality concerns and warranty issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Extensive experience with automotive quality systems, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience implementing or maintaining an IATF 16949 Quality Management System is strongly preferred
