Job Description
The Quality Team Leader is a frontline leadership role responsible for overseeing quality operations within the manufacturing environment. The role leads a team of quality professionals and partners cross-functionally to ensure products meet established standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 1 to 3 years in quality assurance or quality control practices preferred
  • Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role, including coaching and developing team members, preferred
