Role OverviewThis position will ensure high quality products to meet customer needs. The Quality Technician will work with internal customers, including customer service and design, to comply with safety standards and quality procedures.
What You Will Do
The Quality Technician will ensure calibration of testing equipment, interpret testing results, and assist with projects to improve quality and efficiency. They will also support the Process Improvement Manager in tracking and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2+ years of Quality Auditor or Quality Technician experience
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product
