Job Description
Responsible for site quality visual sample management, quality auditing, and training. Leads daily and weekly quality audits, delivers and maintains documentation for new hire training, and assists with creating all training for new and updated processes and equipment. Coordinates and executes quality trials, develops and implements quality visual standards, and ensures all quality documentation is up-to-date and current.

Requirements

  • Previous or current QC lead experience
  • High technical & training abilities
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to present information to groups of people effectively
  • High school Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years of manufacturing and / or quality experience within a manufacturing plant
