Job Description
The Quality Technician role ensures manufactured products and materials conform to specified regulatory and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include evaluating and investigating nonconforming products, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. The role also involves maintaining relationships with suppliers, driving continuous improvement, and supporting manufacturing and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a regulated industry, including FDA and ISO requirements (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and circumstances
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective corrective actions
  • Project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and IFS
  • Knowledge of quality systems, including quality manuals and procedures
  • Ability to read and analyze technical prints and drawings
