Job Description
Redwood Materials is looking for a Quality Technician with experience in manufacturing environments to identify quality issues, support investigations, and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related fields
2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments (technician, engineering tech, or similar role)
Strong safety discipline (LOTO, PPE, safe work practices)
Experience in transitioning operations from development to high-volume manufacturing
Adept with process data acquisition and quality analysis tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work effectively with engineers and stakeholders across levels
