Role OverviewThe Quality Tech is responsible for ensuring that all elements of food safety within the Quality Monitoring Scheme are being met. Ensures that all regulatory, customer, and company quality initiatives are being met and maintained.
What You Will Do
Perform Quality checks on production lines, complete paperwork, maintain 5-S, keep work areas clean, and perform other duties as required.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have good attention to detail, be able to spot defects, and have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak, write, and comprehend Spanish is a plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 months of experience as a Quality Assurance Technician
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally and stand or sit for lengthy durations
