Requirements

  • Coordinate and monitor shipments
  • Train receiving personnel on company policies and procedures
  • Make timely decisions affecting service and productivity
  • Communicate with supervisor, quality, materials, and customers
  • Plan and solve problems affecting service and productivity
  • Ensure compliance to Dock Safety
  • Maintain proper documentation and records
  • Promote a safe working environment
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Research part status
  • Break down build papers and verify received parts
  • Work with 1st shift planner on inventory issues
  • Gather parts and schedule delivery to customer
  • Support Quality Liaison with inventory/quality issues
  • Support receiving with deliveries
  • Send nightly report to planners
