Role OverviewThe Quality Technician will work on a rotating schedule to evaluate ingredients and finished products, perform quality audits, and provide feedback to frontline team members. The role requires compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate documentation. The Quality Technician will also support internal and external customers, assist with writing laboratory procedures, and champion formal problem-solving methods.
