Role OverviewThis position is responsible for performing product inspections and testing, implementing controls, standards, procedures, and corrective actions in support of the Teleflex Medical Quality System and manufacturing processes. The Quality Technician will assist with daily production support, participate in continuous improvement projects, and ensure compliance with safety, manufacturing, and Quality procedures and requirements.
What You Will Do
Perform product inspections and testing, address product quality issues, support process compliance, participate in continuous improvement projects, and perform various tasks such as incoming, in-process, and final inspections, material testing, and analysis of data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving experience, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation. They will also have experience with cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO Quality Systems, and be able to interface directly with employees and internal Teleflex suppliers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 Years working as a technician or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of working in the medical device industry preferred
- Experience with cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO Quality Systems, strongly desired
- Six Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certification desired
- Strong analytical & problem-solving experience (DMAIC, 5Ws, Cause-Effect methods preferred)
- Previous participation in 5S events & FMEAs preferred
- SAP/ERP system experience preferred
