Role OverviewThe Quality Technician is responsible for performing inspections, tests, and quality checks throughout the production process for structural and architectural precast concrete products. This role ensures all products meet PCI, company, and project specifications prior to shipment.
What You Will Do
Perform pre-pour, post-pour, and final inspections on precast concrete products, identify and report non-conforming materials, equipment, or test results to QC leadership, and maintain accurate quality control documentation in compliance with required standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ACI or PCI certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, concrete, construction, or precast environments preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to use measuring and testing tools accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures
