Role OverviewThe Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring product quality through rigorous inspection processes and the accurate assembly of kits for production or customer fulfillment. This role works closely with the Operations team and maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to PNS QM to align quality standards and kitting procedures across the organization.
What You Will Do
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials to verify conformance to specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Document inspection results using appropriate forms, logs, or quality management systems (QMS); maintain accurate and complete records.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution
- 2+ years' experience quality and/or safety experience
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and process adherence
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of quality systems
