Job Description
The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for performing quality assurance and quality control activities across assigned projects to ensure mechanical systems and installations meet design specifications, company standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Conduct inspections and testing of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with design and specification requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC reports and submit findings to project and operations leadership.
  • Manage QA/QC records and documentation for assigned projects in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform quality checks on suppliers and subcontractors as needed.
  • Identify and investigate non-conformance issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify implementation.
  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, and field leadership to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance field performance and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to field teams and trade partners on quality standards and documentation practices.
  • Ensure all QA/QC work aligns with company safety policies and industry regulations.
