Requirements

• At least 1 Internship related to Quant Developing, Quant Research, or Trading
• Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Financial Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics, etc.
• Technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks (Python, SQL, and more)
• Superb communication and intentional dialogue skills
• Resilience and unwavering determination to achieve success
• Assurance and strong knowledge base
• Creative problem solving and ability to identify problems and find solutions
