Role OverviewWe are seeking a Chemistry PhD Coding Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves sourcing material, writing scientific prompts, building grading criteria, and calibrating tasks against frontier models. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in chemistry, physical chemistry, theoretical chemistry, computational chemistry, or a closely related field, and working proficiency in Python, R, or another relevant programming language.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include working independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines, improving AI model performance, and ensuring tasks are challenging for strong models.
