Role OverviewThe Quarry Manager will be responsible for overall management and coordination of the production and shipping activities for a 2 million ton per year Rip Rap and Construction Aggregate producing site. The individual must be able to assume responsibility of the manufacturing process to ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner and that prescribed product quality standards are maintained at the highest possible level.
What You Will Do
Oversee and direct all aggregate operations, including quarry development, drill/blast, aggregate plant operations, and mobile equipment maintenance and selection. Set site operating goals and objectives, manage production and loading processes, and communicate vision to direct reports.
