Quick National Air Logistics Healthcare Warehouse Manager

The Quick National Air Logistics Healthcare Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading national healthcare warehouse operations and strategy in support of the Air Logistics Healthcare product. This role oversees cold chain warehousing, healthcare compliance, operational excellence, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and the successful execution of healthcare and life sciences logistics solutions across the network.

What You Will Do

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, preparation, conditioning, and dispatch of healthcare and life sciences shipments. Ensure adequate inventory levels of packaging materials, warehouse supplies, and monitoring equipment. Maintain compliance with GDP standards, customer SOPs, quality requirements, IATA regulations, and all applicable healthcare logistics standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare logistics, air freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Previous warehouse leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare logistics and cold chain operations.
• Experience handling pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical trial, or regulated healthcare shipments.
• Understanding of air freight, import/export, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits

• Hourly wage range between $95,000 and $110,000 annually.
