Job Description
Coordinate daily responsibilities of the Department, hire and train staff, ensure quality standards for food, service, cleanliness, and merchandising, and manage office procedures. Supervise F&B staff, analyze reports, and assist with forecasts and budgets.
Requirements
Previous experience in a quick service or coffee shop environment
At least 1-3 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
