Racquet Sports Manager

Requirements

• Grow and retain membership through quality programming and events
• Build relationships with both active and non-participating racquet members
• Help manage racquet sports budget
• Maintain regular on-site presence and be available for urgent needs
• Lead and promote tennis and pickleball clinics, lessons, and events for all ages and levels
• Schedule and supervise court use for lessons, clinics, and social play
• Enforce club policies and ensure accurate court fee charges
• Conduct daily court inspections and report maintenance needs
• Support merchandise sales and have general facility knowledge
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating racquet staff
• Ensure new hires receive thorough orientation and support
• Collaborate with the Director of Sports and Wellness and other department leads
• Attend team meetings and contribute to planning and updates
• Write racquet-related content for marketing and communications
• Promote and follow safe work practices with reliable attendance
• Support merchandise sales and have general facility knowledge
