Role OverviewJoin a team supporting SPY-6 radar engineering capabilities for the U.S. Navy. This technical role focuses on systems engineering, radar performance, signal processing, and integration throughout the system lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute systems engineering plans, create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation, and support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience supporting systems engineering activities
- Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements, interface documentation, and engineering baselines
- Experience supporting radar systems, sensor technologies, Navy combat systems, or other complex defense systems
- Experience using engineering models and simulations to assess system performance
- Ability to work closely with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams
