Role OverviewThe Radiation Engineering & Analysis Manager leads a multinational team of engineers responsible for radiation analysis, radiation engineering, and radiation protection support. The manager will directly manage and develop the REA engineering staff, promoting technical growth, engagement, and accountability.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include coaching a team of engineers, managing work planning, prioritization, and resource management, ensuring high-quality delivery of engineering work products, and facilitating collaboration across a geographically dispersed team.
