Job Description
As a Radiation Therapist I, you will provide radiotherapy treatments to adult and pediatric populations, working under the supervision of the Chief Radiation Therapist. You will operate conventional treatment machines, prepare patients for treatment, and educate patients on radiotherapy.

Requirements

  • Graduate of JCERT accredited program in Radiation Therapy or equivalent
  • Associate's Degree in a healthcare field or Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare field
  • 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience with an Associate's Degree or No years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree
  • MEDICAL RADIOLOGIC TECH Licensure as a Medical Radiologic Technologist by the Texas Medical Board Upon Hire
  • AMER REG OF RAD TECH Must have passed the registry exam as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) Upon Hire
  • (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Certification course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
