Role OverviewAs a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of tower and antenna systems. You will travel across the region working on towers for major cellular carriers, utility, and wind energy companies.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include traveling from 3-6 weeks at a time, installing equipment racks, running and lacing power, ground, and signal cables, and testing CAT5, LMR, and other coaxial cable.

Requirements
- Familiarity with industry standard installation practices
- Basic IP configuration & networking skills
- Experience with installing equipment racks, shelves, running and lacing power, ground, and signal cables
- Installing, connectorizing, and testing CAT5, LMR, and other coaxial cable
- Exhibit knowledge on basic RF theory
- Understand basic antenna design and installation techniques
- Knowledge of DC theory and voltage and grounding theory tools and power tools
- Self-motivated and able to learn efficiently
- Must be a team player and accept instruction
