Role OverviewPerform diagnostic and fluoroscopic examinations, prepare documentation, and maintain equipment. Work in a timely and professional manner, observing radiation safety standards. Address special needs of patients and maintain orderliness and cleanliness of work areas.
What You Will Do
Perform portable and operating room examinations, check equipment supplies, and assess patient needs. Recognize and address patient fears and apprehensions, and maintain patient confidence and trust.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a high school graduate or equivalent, a graduate of a program in Radiologic Technology, and NYSDOH License. Preferred experience includes computer knowledge and the ability to work independently/unsupervised.
