Job Description
The Radiologic Technologist II performs advanced diagnostic x-ray procedures with minimal supervision, supporting both surgical and inpatient services. The technologist ensures image quality, adheres to safety protocols, and assists with more complex cases, including intraoperative imaging.

Requirements

  • Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and needs
  • Independently operate x-ray imaging to complete routine and complex exams
  • Maintain production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures
  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment
  • Prepare and administer contrast agents per protocol and monitor patients for adverse reaction
  • Provide clear instructions, reassurance, and compassionate care to patients during procedures
