Job Description
Role Overview

The Associate Director reports directly to the Administrator for the Department Radiology, Laboratory, and Pathology and is responsible for daily operations, patient throughput, and coordination of care delivery. This individual can problem solve, troubleshoot and resolve problems arising from daily operations.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include but are not limited to personnel resource management, budget management, supply and equipment inventory management, clinical information systems management, professional staff development, and to ensure that regulatory requirements and guidelines are continuously adhere to.
