Job Description
The Radiology Scheduling Coordinator II serves as a main coordinator for schedules and appointments, responsible for advanced level scheduling of patients and coordinating with doctors and patients. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills and prior experience working with multiple physician practices.

Requirements

  • Representatives must use quality customer service techniques to ensure patient needs are met
  • Triaging Radiology Orders to other facilities as needed for ease of patient scheduling
  • Scheduling advanced procedures in conjunction with anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, or pediatric sedation
  • Monitors patient schedules, workflow and activities with radiology to assure smooth coordinated patient flow
