Job Description
The Radiology Services Coordinator provides support to Radiologists and clients, ensuring timely reading of exams. They troubleshoot problems related to IT issues, answer phone calls from clients, and fulfill requests from Radiologist.

Requirements

  • Background in Service Desk, Tech Support, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
  • Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, continuously improving environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and following documented procedures
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, PACS, and EHR/EMR systems
