Job Description
HDR is seeking a Rail Bridge CAD Manager to lead and mentor existing Rail Bridge CAD staff, support Rail Bridge Engineers and Project Managers, and perform engineering-related tasks using CAD software. The ideal candidate will have experience in rail bridge and/or rail civil design drafting, 3D CAD software platforms, and BIM. Requirements

  • Lead and mentor existing Rail Bridge CAD staff
  • Support Rail Bridge Engineers and Rail Bridge Project Managers
  • Maintain client specific CAD standards and workspaces
  • Develop basic construction quantities from designs
  • Create 3D models of freight railroad track/civil projects and other BIM tasks
