Job Description
Drive the shuttle bus or van and provide direction and leadership to Rail drivers, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Meet with Rail Management to get the plan for the day
  • Ensure all drivers understand the plan
  • Shuttle Team Members to the correct vehicles according to the loading plan
  • Ensure drivers move vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Lead the Team Members by providing direction and any needed assistance
