Role OverviewThe Raleigh BES Leader will oversee and coordinate project delivery in the Raleigh office, supporting managers, growing teams, and laying a foundation for marketing BES work. This person will coordinate with the NC BES Professional Services Leader and NC BES Business Group Manager as part of a management team to lead BES in NC.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring section managers and key staff, supporting hiring efforts, engaging with and managing quality of deliverables, and maintaining forecasting data.
