The Instructor Ramp Services delivers safety, security, and procedural training for airport ramp service agents, including initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

  • 2 years of ramp operational experience
  • Knowledge and experience with aircraft ground movement, ground service equipment, and deicing operations
  • Leadership qualities
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
