Job Description
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices with direct BCBA mentorship, flexible scheduling, and career growth opportunities. This role involves working 1:1 with children, tracking progress, and communicating with families.

Requirements

  • Active RBT Certification
  • Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to pass a background check
