Role OverviewAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at AchieveBetter ABA, you'll implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), working directly with clients in home settings.
What You Will Do
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans, conduct one-on-one support sessions, collect and record data, collaborate with BCBAs, and provide consistent feedback to clients and families.

Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
