Job Description

The Resident Care Associate provides the service and care required to each resident in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

Certification as a nursing assistant or completion of the certified home health aide or homemaker/personal care homemaker training program
High School education preferred
Current First Aid, and Heimlich certification
Ability to read and understand a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment
Knowledge of Benchmark Standards and Practices
State regulations as they pertain to the job
Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
