Role OverviewThe RCM Finance Leader - AI Trainer will provide executive-level oversight and strategic direction for end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections. They will evaluate AI-generated revenue cycle performance analyses and provide structured strategic feedback to support AI training datasets.
What You Will Do
The RCM Finance Leader - AI Trainer will define and monitor enterprise revenue cycle KPIs, develop and implement revenue cycle improvement strategies, and collaborate with clinical, finance, compliance, and IT leadership to align revenue cycle initiatives with organizational priorities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP, Sr. Director, or equivalent executive role, and a strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budget oversight, and financial performance reporting.
