Job Description
As a RCM RMK Lead Consultant AMS, you will provide functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products post implementation, leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors RCM and RMK products. You will gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives, create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations, and develop system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Certifications in SuccessFactors RCM or RMK modules
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and RCM and RMK implementations
  • At least 2 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role
  • Experience in a managed services environment answering tickets for multiple customers
