Job Description
The R&D Culinary Coordinator provides administrative support to the Culinary teams and is responsible for companywide documentation into operationally executable programs by ensuring systems integration, training materials, and implementation tools are complete, accurate, and aligned to enterprise standards.

Requirements

  • Assist R&D team in development of all tools to support menus, recipes, processes, standards and training materials for fresh food departments through NG systems
  • Maintain and manage recipe, ingredient, and production data within the Oracle ERP system (commissary)
  • Coordinate all Innovation and culinary committee activities and all tasting planes; attend product cuttings and document all metrics, logs, pictures, and procedures and keep all records organized and up to date
