R&D Engineering Intern

Requirements

• Develop, troubleshoot, and support prototype molding processes
• Assists more senior level engineers in new processes or technology development and implementation
• Contribute to technical reports, validations, and qualifications by capturing experimental results
• Gathers and provides data for technical reviews
• Oversees development builds associated with the project
• Design prototype tooling and/or fixtures
• Assists customers in design for manufacturability throughout the mold design process
• Assists in the designing of fixtures and tooling to facilitate product development
• May train manufacturing when required as part of validation
