Role OverviewThe Revenue Analyst position will be responsible for forecasting, monitoring, and working with the divisions and their budgets to ensure proper spending. The position will be responsible for monitoring and tracking of Mental Hygiene state aid expenditures, researching and understanding Public Health Law, regulation, and state guidelines, and reconciling DOHMH submitted claims after state approval.
What You Will Do
The Revenue Analyst will perform quantitative analysis on spending and revenue patterns, identify claiming discrepancies and disallowances, and participate in the fiscal year end close activities. The position will also involve creating accurate billed and unbilled receivables, reconciling and submitting consolidated claim reports, and ensuring full compliance with all Federal, State, and City policies and procedures.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and six months of satisfactory full-time experience in research which involves gathering, organizing and analyzing data, and report writing
- An associate degree from an accredited college, or completion of 60 semester credits at an accredited college, and two years and six months of satisfactory full-time experience in research which involves gathering, organizing and analyzing data, and report writing
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and four years and six months of satisfactory full-time experience in research which involves gathering, organizing and analyzing data, and report writing
- Education and experience equivalent to '1', '2', or '3' above
