Role OverviewThe Revenue Coordinator II will support operations in Salt Lake City, UT, managing office, payroll, accounting functions, providing customer service support, and performing Human Resources activities. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. The coordinator will work closely with the Division Manager and the accounting team to ensure compliance with Account Payable procedures and provide administrative support.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include entering hours timely for payroll, providing weekly P&L reports, assisting with forecasting reports, acting as liaison to HR, and performing various administrative tasks. The coordinator will also generate region invoicing, post customer payments, and update and maintain receivables.

- Demonstrated experience in high volume Accounts Payable, creating, tracking and analyzing Journal Entries

- Experience in accounts receivable including invoicing and collections, interpreting contract billing language
- Ability to self-direct to accomplish the work of the office
