Revenue Cycle Analyst II

Requirements

• Effective communication of problems, root causes, and proposed solutions to the Analytics team and stakeholders.
• Expertise in data presentation and ability to explain issues to different levels of leadership.
• Development and adherence to a cadence of timely reporting and delivery of business analysis to stakeholders.
• Presentation of root cause analysis data findings with conciseness and recommendations.
• Building of data models and dashboards to support consistent, accurate, and timely analysis.
• Development of a thorough understanding of reporting systems, billing, and analytic processes.
• Participation in ASP meetings and discussions.
• Development of relationships with revenue cycle vendors to ensure vendor performance and quality.
• Measures and suggests improvements in clinically based appeal strategies.
• Assistance in PAMA reporting for new and existing tests with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Evaluation of claim processing outcomes to improve the internal cost estimating engine and make revenue processing recommendations.
