Role OverviewThe Revenue Cycle Automation Technical Analyst supports the design, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement of automation and technology-enabled solutions across revenue cycle operations.
What You Will Do
Analyze revenue cycle workflows, performance data, and technology utilization to identify automation, standardization, and optimization opportunities. Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state workflows incorporating automation, AI, analytics, and existing technology capabilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years healthcare revenue cycle, healthcare technology, analytics, consulting, process improvement, or related fields
- Current Epic Certification in a revenue cycle application
- Experience analyzing complex business processes, data, and technology-enabled workflows
- Experience supporting technology implementations, optimization initiatives, or operational improvement projects
- Experience in a large health system or complex healthcare environment preferred
- Epic revenue cycle, automation, AI, analytics, or healthcare information technology experience preferred
