Role OverviewThe Revenue Cycle Leader will lead revenue cycle analytics, reporting, and decision-support functions to drive data-driven performance improvement across RCM operations. The role involves evaluating AI-generated revenue cycle analytics outputs, developing and maintaining revenue cycle reporting frameworks, and building and interpreting dashboards to support operational and executive decision-making.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead revenue cycle analytics, reporting, and decision-support functions, evaluate AI-generated outputs, develop and maintain reporting frameworks, build and interpret dashboards, and conduct root cause analyses of revenue cycle performance variances.
