Job Description
The Revenue Cycle Manager partners with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to ensure documentation, coding, and billing processes align with regulatory and payer requirements, providing leadership over revenue cycle staff, monitoring key performance indicators, driving process improvements, and serving as the primary escalation point for complex billing and reimbursement issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of management experience and staff development
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and payer regulations
