Role Overview

As a Revenue Cycle Specialist - AI Trainer, you will lead A/R follow-up operations, evaluate AI-generated recommendations, and manage claim status follow-up workflows. You will prioritize A/R queues, identify and resolve claim payment discrepancies, and annotate AI outputs to support AI training datasets. This role requires a deep understanding of claim status follow-up workflows, EDI 276/277 transactions, and payer-specific collections processes. You will work in a remote setting, with compensation of $75/hour.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading A/R follow-up operations, evaluating AI-generated recommendations, managing claim status follow-up workflows, prioritizing A/R queues, and identifying and resolving claim payment discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer claims processing and payment timelines.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing high-volume A/R queues across multiple payers.
  • Proficiency with billing systems and A/R management platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify payment errors and discrepancies in AI-generated A/R content.
