Role OverviewThe Revenue Cycle Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the organization's revenue cycle operations by maintaining billing-related electronic health record (EHR) systems, optimizing billing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for services provided.
What You Will Do
Maintain billing-related configurations within the Evolv EHR system, provide billing system training and technical support, troubleshoot and resolve billing system issues, and collaborate with teams across the organization.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, EHR administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
