Job Description
Therapy & Beyond is one of the largest BCBA-owned ABA organizations, founded and led by Dr. Regina Crone, BCBA-D, since 2006. We approach the needs of each patient both individually and as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team working with experts in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and counseling.

Requirements

  • Validate all pertinent treatment information in order to submit accurate claims.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, with payors, patients, and team members.
  • Monitor and resolve rejections, denials, and underpaid claims.
  • Run reconciliation to ensure completion of open tasks.
  • Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions.
  • Identify delinquent accounts and review posted payments for reimbursement accuracy.
  • Review payer contracts to ensure billing and reimbursement compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist the Accounting Department in reconciling revenue accounts.
  • Collaborate with necessary departments to drive process improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
