Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Revenue Cycle is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, direction and leadership for a team of associates, directing the accurate, timely and complete submission of all paper and electronic billing to all payers within established time frames of each payer and the correct and timely resolution of all assigned receivables while following all regulatory compliance, legal and financial requirements.
What You Will Do
Develops and Reviews monthly accounts receivable for all companies; identifies problem accounts or payor trends and provides direction to associates when working with payors for resolution; assures Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) are met with respect to recognizing bad debt expenses.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting
